Center Managers
Now hiring Center Manager trainees in Denver and the Twin Cities for current management opportunities in both new and existing centers. We are expanding rapidly and have advancement opportunities for candidates with sales, customer service or previous weight loss experience.

Job Summary:
The Center Manager provides leadership, support and guidance to staff members and endeavors to create and maintain a fully cross-trained staff. Guarantees the delivery of quality client care services. Maintains knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensures adherence by all staff members.

The position trains and retains a professional, competent, efficient team that supports the success of our valued clientele. Facilitates staff advancement through training, establishing clear objectives and realigning behavior issues. Focuses on team building, achievement, rewards and recognition.

Exhibits a passion for helping others and finds great personal satisfaction in sharing others’ success. Maintains an efficient and well-organized center. Oversees all facets of the center, from accurate record keeping to ensuring a consistent and positive client experience.

Candidates must complete a three-week training class and pass a written examination on the Slim4Life program and demonstrate ability to professionally present the Slim4Life program to potential clients.

Skills:
Enthusiastic attitude and passion for health and nutrition a must! Weight Loss, Psychology, Nursing, Nutrition or Medical background a plus!

Candidates must possess friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people. Proven management, sales and customer service experience required. Strong organizational, oral and written communications skills essential. Discretion, honesty and integrity in all transactions and interactions is critical.

Requirements:
  • 4-year College degree
  • Minimum of 5 years customer service/sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Phone experience mandatory
  • Experience with PC-based applications and client management systems, with strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to multi-task with accuracy, have a friendly demeanor and be a team player


  • Location / Schedule: Semi-fixed schedule. Rotating schedule including Saturdays. Must be available to work full time schedule during all hours of operation as required. Managers are responsible for closing the centers.
