Receptionists / Customer Service Administrators
Now hiring outgoing and friendly Receptionists/Customer Service Administrators to better serve the needs of our clients in our centers. Full and part-time positions available at ALL Slim4Life locations. Morning and evening shifts also available.

Job Summary:
Receptionists/Customer Service Administrators serve as client liaisons during all client and potential client visits to the center. This position endeavors to create a positive experience for clients and visitors by providing a warm greeting and a caring demeanor. Ensures a positive client experience. Answers calls and books appointments per company guidelines. Maintains a clean and well-organized area at all times. Assists Center Manager and Counselors by accurately recording purchases, processing payments and paperwork accordingly.

Also compiles daily reports, maintains accurate records and provides updates to the business office as required. Maintains schedules for classes and consultations and confirms consultations as directed by the Center Manager. Makes clients and their needs a primary focus, develops and sustains productive client and co-worker relationships. Actively seeks information to understand client issues, problems, expectations and needs. Builds rapport and cooperative relationship with clients and staff. Orders, stores and maintains adequate inventory of supplies and instruments to ensure the efficient operation of the center.

Skills:
Candidates must possess friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people. Strong customer service skills, phone, basic data entry and order fulfillment experience necessary. Candidates must be able to demonstrate advanced computer skills (Windows) and have an affinity for detail and overall accuracy. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must demonstrate strong organizational abilities. Discretion, honesty and integrity in all transactions and interactions is critical.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years receptionist or customer service experience
  • Phone experience mandatory
  • Must be able to demonstrate thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to multi-task with accuracy, have a friendly demeanor and be a team player


  • Location / Schedule:
    Variable/flexible days and hours. Rotating schedule including Saturdays. May be required to float between three selected locations as necessary.

    Hours available: CO:
    7am to 8pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 8am to 2pm. MN: 9am to 8pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9am to 2pm.
