How Slim4Life Works
Our approach to losing weight at Slim4Life is different than other weight loss programs. We believe that you shouldn’t have to go on your journey alone. That’s why we use a consultative approach tailored to your specific needs. The program we design will be based on your age, medical status and goals. We know that you will have a lot of questions when getting started. That’s why we do an initial 30-minute consultation for free. We’ll gather all the information we need to build your unique program and answer any questions that you have.
Once your program is built, we’ll provide you with one-on-one counseling every step of the way. You won’t be alone. As you go through the program, we will help you break plateaus so that you don’t get discouraged on your weight loss journey. All of our program utilizes real food that you can get at the supermarket as well as our Slim4Life snacks, supplements, energy drinks and more. Plus, you’ll have phone consultations available to you throughout the course of your program.
Diet Program Features
Our programs provide you with meals to meet a specific calorie intake based on your weight and your weight loss goals. We provide you with meals that are high in vitamins and minerals that will help you succeed. In the meal plans we provide, there’s plenty of fruits, vegetables, dairy, and protein that are low in sodium, fats and carbs.
Once you hit your hit your weight loss goal, we adjust your meal plan to allow you to have some foods that were previously restricted. We’ll help you gradually add these to your meal plan to help keep you from regaining the wight you’ve lost.
