Meet our new Medical Director, Dr. Cody Mihills

Slim4Life is excited to welcome Dr. Cody Mihills as our medical director. At Slim4Life, we take the health and safety of our clients seriously and this newest edition to our team will allow us to continue providing quality and effective programs for members.



A native Texan, Dr. Mihills graduated from L.D. Bell High School in Hurst. He then attended Texas A&M University in College Station where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology, magna cum laude. Dr. Mihills earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and completed his residency at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at McLennan County Medical Education and Research Foundation in Waco. In his final year there, Dr. Mihills was named chief resident. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine and is licensed in Texas and Louisiana. His medical interests include chronic disease management, office procedures, preventative care, and clinical trials.


As a family physician, Dr. Mihills has been voted ‘Top Doc’ by his peers. He’s also been awarded 5 star ratings by US News and CareDash.

Dr. Mihills is a volunteer physician for Carroll Independent School District’s Medical Academy where he began in 2004. He strongly believes in giving back to his community and the world. He has participated in seven mission trips to Nicaragua, Kenya, and Peru to help those in need.


When he’s not working, Dr. Mihills and his wife Cayce enjoy spending time with their growing family, travelling and being involved in their community. Dr. Mihills enjoys enriching the lives of his patients through their health and wellbeing.

Slim4Life is looking forward to adding Dr. Mahills as our medical director and utilizing his knowledge and skillset to help our clients further benefit through our programs.
